The first project delivered for Bowden Moss at Hind Court, involving multiple office floors, floating timber, communal stairs and entrance matting.
There was no suitable delivery point directly outside the building. Materials had to arrive on the nearest street that could accept a lorry, be transferred onto trolleys and manually moved into the building and up to the relevant floor. One floor was also occupied by a law firm.
Floors were smoothed ready for floating timber installation across multiple similar office layouts, with carpet and nosings to communal stairs and metal entrance matting completing the wider package.
A repeatable multi-floor finish delivered despite the access constraints — proof that the logistics around the flooring can matter just as much as the installation itself.
